Architecture Submission Form

Please submit an architectural submission if you are planning on constructing a structure on your lot.
Each form submission will be reviewed by a board member and judged by the town of Hampstead and Carroll County laws.

ALTERATIONS REQUIRE APPROVAL PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION

Please Read Before Submitting:

A detailed drawing of the proposed alteration, including the placement on the lot must accommodate any application for speedy processing. An application sent without this drawing may be returned for further information which can delay the approval process.
