Westwood Park is a lovely community nestled in the rolling hillsides of Carroll County. We are located in the Town limits of Historic Hampstead, Maryland.

Our community has two sections: Westwood park at Willow Street, and Westwood Park at Wellsley Court. Both sections of our community line each side of the Hampstead bypass, built in 2008. A convenient commute to Baltimore and Southern Pennsylvania makes Westwood Park an excellent community in which to both live and work. We also have two of the best schools in Carroll County located right in our community: Hampstead Elementary, and Shiloh Middle. This provides our residents a great place to raise a family. Ours is a friendly neighborhood setting with easy access to downtown Main Street to enjoy all its activities and events.
